Terms & Conditions
What using Argocollective means
Reading argocollective.co means you accept these terms as the basis for using our articles on workplace culture, inclusion and leadership. Questions about them are welcome at [email protected].
General information, not professional advice
Articles offer general discussion and opinion about how people work together. They are not legal advice, employment law advice, human resources consultancy or mental health guidance. Rules on hiring, discrimination, pay, leave and dismissal differ by country and employer, and every workplace has its own circumstances. For a grievance, a contract question or a decision with legal consequences, speak to a qualified adviser, a union or the relevant public agency.
Who owns the content
The text and layout belong to the operator or appear with permission. You may read, share links and quote a short passage with clear credit and a pointer back to the page. Republishing full articles, or using them in training material or paid products, requires written permission first.
Acceptable use
Keep your use of the site ordinary: no hacking attempts, no bulk automated scraping that slows pages for other readers, no malicious code and no spam. Do not use it to harass or defame colleagues, employers or anyone else. Access may be restricted for anyone whose activity puts the site or other readers at risk.
What you send us
When you email a correction, question or idea, you confirm you may share it. You allow us to read it and use the thought to improve the site, with no duty to reply or publish. Please do not send confidential company material.
Advertising, affiliate relationships and outside links
The site may one day carry advertising or affiliate links, and if so they will not change what an article concludes. Pieces on management and inclusion may point readers to things like survey tools, books, research reports, training providers or government guidance. Those destinations are run by others and sit outside our control, so we cannot vouch for their content, prices or availability.
Warranties and liability
Argocollective is provided in its current state, without a promise that it will always be reachable. As far as the law permits, the operator does not promise that articles are complete or current, and is not liable for loss arising from decisions made after reading them. Nothing here removes rights you hold under law that cannot be excluded, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and severability
We may revise these terms or the site at any time, and new terms apply once posted. If a tribunal ever finds that one rule in these terms cannot be enforced, the rules about content, use and liability that remain keep their full effect.
